All of our reptile relocation fees are reinvested into our education programs and wildlife rescue groups to help conserve Australian wildlife. At Conserve AU we strongly encourage for snakes to not be relocated unnecessarily, giving you advice on the best course of action.
Please know that under NO CIRCUMSTANCE do we condone the purposeful killing/injuring of snakes or any wildlife. If you have any concerns about any reptile and are not in the position to pay for a reptile relocation please reach out as we can provide alternative non-invasive methods over the phone.

Most importantly we arrive with a smile ready to help
Once a snake catcher is arranged and leave to attend your job, any cancellations or the snake has moved before the catcher arrives, a cancelation fee must be honoured by the customer.
If the catcher finds that the snake is in a situation where the snake’s or catcher’s wellbeing is at risk, the catcher has the right to dismiss the job with the call-out fee waived off.
If we suspect that the snake was intentionally injured or killed, it is our obligation to report the incident to the Department of Environment, Science & Innovation to further investigate.
Generally PRIVATE or ANONYMOUS calls are not answered, if answered the caller may be required to pay callout fee over the phone before the job is attended.
